Here at the Family Village, we act for surrogates too!
Like intended parents, it is necessary for surrogates to also obtain legal advice prior to entering into surrogacy arrangements. These costs are paid by the intended parents if you are already part of a surrogacy team.
How we can help
Legal advice for surrogacy arrangements includes a consultation, negotiating a surrogacy agreement (which is usually drafted by the intended parents lawyer), and providing you with a written advice. Katie offers fixed-fee services, so you do not need to worry about fees accumulating by the minute or hour.
If you are not yet part of a surrogacy team and just want to have a chat about whether surrogacy is right for you, you can book a free initial consultation with Sally (our resident surrogate) or Katie (our lawyer) to talk through your options and see if surrogacy is something you want to pursue.
